I saw this painting at Ca' Rezzonico Venice. Sainte Christine martyre. I don't have a good photo of it, so I painted whatever I could recover from a poor photo. Also I didn't want to paint arrows, as in original picture.

They were made out of plaster. I painted then as if they were bronze.

Coney Island land/seascape. Painted on location. In three sessions. Paint got mixed up with sand, due to wind. So it contains a literal part of that landscape.
